Being unable to do regular #running over the past 2 weeks has had a huge impact on my mental state.
What I find myself missing the most are the long runs. Heading out for a run that will take hours has a special quality in retaining control. The thought of only having myself to talk to and having full control of the destination is very liberating and very much an exception from my normal life.
Things are looking up and I'll probably be able to head out for a long run again tomorrow.
