Introduction: I’m a post-doc (ECR) interested in understanding memory processes using neuroimaging 🧠🧠

My PhD (with Zara Bergstrom) revolved around #memorycontrol of moral autobiographical memories. I’m now working on a project investigating the neural correlates of #spatial learning with @aidanhorner

My first first-authored paper with Robin Hellerstedt, @memory_control, and Zara Bergstrom was recently published - here’s a shameless plug to it 😬

🎉 🤩 Delighted to announce, that from Monday morning I'll be a @royalsociety University Research Fellow at the University of York :ablobparty:

I'm so very excited to get going on a very cool project, with some incredible collaborators all around the 🌏

🎉🎉🎉

If everyone's doing #introductions - I'm Alex, I'm a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Mental Health at @YorkPsychology in the UK. I am interested in using #cognitive (neuroscience) approaches to understand mental health, particularly #eatingdisorders and #anxiety. I'm very keen on computational modelling and a bit of a methods geek, and I care a lot about the culture of science/labs/academia.

Hello World! another #introduction

I'm an Asst Prof at the Centre for Human Brain Health, Uni of Birmingham UK. My research combines #cognitiveneuroscience (#MEG, #EEG), maths and #foss to explore #oscillations in the brain.

I develop a couple of #python packages for time-series analysis and try to contribute to more #openscience #opensource

Next projects are a method combining spectrum estimation with regression and population variability in oscillatory metrics... stay tuned!
