What is the best Terry #Pratchett book to get a very empathetic, thoughtful, adventure-seeking 10-year-old lad?
Fear I never got into those #books so am at a loss, but think he might enjoy them. Any insight welcome.

It is not clear to me if there is a good intro book for #terryPratchett, or if there is an order or a series, or …. Argh. I fell down a pratchett hole trying to find some good ones for my sensitive nephew. Help. Please. #bookstodon.
@Misshavisham agree with the list that @Rmond posted on the Discworld reading list. I personally think Guards Guards or Equal Rites is the best starting point, and then go from there.
