Onion rings !

@seagazelle Holy shit, there's a place in a town about two hours from here that has the best onion rings in the world. They're huge and they use this beer batter and it's just amazing. Soft onion inside, light, crispy batter outside. I usually pretty much just make a meal of them when I'm in that neck of the woods. I really want to go now, but I have absolutely no reason to. Maybe I can make a special trip soon.
