@Rowley On a team. Some mentors told the team we summited our FIRST Impact stuff on time when we didn't, and we lost that opportunity. Our business lead was kicked from the team for, from what I gathered, being "out of line" when they tried to make sure everything was submitted on time. And this is stuff that affects the whole team but it was basically covered up, and now people are finding out.
