Book—The Third Reich of Dreams
似乎没有中译版,但搜到一篇中文介绍:cup.com.hk/2019/12/03/the-thir

He has not even become a non-hero, only a non-person

In my conscious time I felt that we could escape the worst, but my subconscious knew better.

The dreamers follow the thread they have seen winding through the labyrinth of political reality and which threatens to strangle them.

“The only person in Germany who still leads a private life is the person who sleeps”——讽刺的是,梦境也逃不过,梦里的熟悉的生活和自我认同都被政治现实的碎片摧毁。

Life without walls,

“Ah, what an age it is
when to speak of trees
is almost a crime.”
