#democrats in Illinois ban Trump from 2020 ballot. Because democracy.
Another problem with the National Popular Vote. Step 1: NPV. Step 2: legally prevent votes for your opponents in enough states. Step 3: democracy is dead, but you gain power.

@Saederup92 Yes, it makes it look like they've given up on democracy, given up on convincing people on ideas, and are instead ready to ditch a free democracy in pursuit of power.
@SecondJon They also seem to have a very warped idea of what a democracy is and what it's supposed to be to say the least
@SecondJon What those people don't realise is the fact that convoncing more people to vote on someone who isn't Trump is a way better and more democratic way to prevent Trump from having a second term. But oh well. You can't win everytime I guess 🤷
