Next election cycle there should be a grass roots movement to never vote Republican or Democrat ever again.

I remember last time someone started a site to mutually vote third party. That is, if you'd normally vote for the D, it would match you with someone who would usually vote for the R, and you'd both agree to vote third party. That way it would remove support from the one without tilting the vote to the other.
(In theory...if everyone was honest and followed through...and really only if it happened at the state level.)
@SecondJon I've posted here and elsewhere on many occasions that the only wasted vote is one for the Democrats or Republicans. Somehow people are so indoctrinated they don't get that if you keep voting the way you always have, you'll continue getting what you've always gotten.
I think the last time I voted D or R was for Reagan, the first time. Went Libertarian on his second go-round. Even voted Populist once.
