53% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Higher for some time than Obama's approval at the same time during his presidency. Not what I would have guessed given the Democrat media stories.

I suspect that's not the case, and people are more likely to vote when they strongly oppose a politician.
I'm not sure you can tell what you'd think about his tweets, words, and actions aside from his the media presents them. How else do we know about and interpret them?
Media stories aside, 53% is not what I would have guessed based on his tweets, speeches and actions.
