Can’t find this photo on Google image search or Tineye. Do you have any other clues? I assume it’s from President Trump’s arrival on AF1 for a recent rally, given the “Keep America Great Hat.” So maybe a Republican elected official from whatever state he’s visiting?

Thanks for looking. ☺️

His trip to Afghanistan yesterday.

Morons are claiming it’s his doctor and I want to add a correcting tweet. ☺️

Sen. Barrasso (R-WY) is the chair of the Senate Republican conference, and also a physician in his former occupation.

@IrredeemableOne

Although, per Wikipedia, Dr. (now Sen.) Barrasso was an orthopedic surgeon. President Trump is most likely consulting with Barrasso in his political role.

@darulharb

Of course. I understand the whys too, having been in the hiring field at one time,

@SenJohnBarrasso: "I was incredibly proud to introduce Pres. @realDonaldTrump to @WyoGuard members. They’re part of the largest overseas deployment of WY soldiers in a decade and are doing an outstanding job."

So that explains Sen. Barrasso's part of the Afghanistan trip. WY National Guard are deployed there, and he wanted to be there for the troops from his home state. (And it's good politics, obviously.)

Breaking news. President didn't wear tie when getting off a plane. Amazing.

In other breaking news, Trump admitted to making a mistake on this trip, and is probably an impeachable foreign policy mistake:

'First time I've never had any turkey at Thanksgiving. But that is okay. But it looked about good. I should have started with that instead of the mashed potatoes. I made a mistake,' he added.
