@SecondJon Trump presents himself as anti-establishment. Impeaching Trump for trying to force the investigation of Biden's son, the well connected son of an accomplished conventional politician, falls directly into Trump's narrative. It would be weird if Trump's approval ratings didn't rise.

It does seem that his opposition uses tactics that result in his approval levels going up, or at least don't fully suppress his approval totally, even if the approval is for other factors like the thriving econometrics, etc.

@SecondJon Ofcourse he won Iowa, he had no Republican competition! At least that's what I hear from family, I'm not actually paying attention.
Still the approval ratings are worrying...
