@PhoneBoy @isaac @itshans this is the first I've heard of this...I'm reading their book about how they create policies to encourage a calm and less stress and thus more productive working environment. They pay everyone per role, not as an individual, with pay at the 90th percentile of hat role's market pay range in San Francisco, regardless of where the employee lives and works.... And so on. This policy seems on line with those values, surprised employees are leaving.
