This was the price for regular gas on March 27, 2020 in Fort Worth.
Today it was $2.99.
I have a hard time accepting the rhetoric of "the lowest gas prices in 5 years" that gets pushed from the White House press briefings.

@TXPatriot2021 I'm missing something. They are saying the last five years? . You share a photo that isn't from within the last five years.... Is there some connection between the photo and the statement? Obviously if someone says the lowest price in five years that means it was cheaper five+ years ago.
