@TIR_scienceblog lovely piece. I haven't read his book, but the parallel between Ronson and scientists is very apt. The analogy shouldn't work because anyone can go from bedroom TikTok to stardom these days, whereas entry to science is still limited by privilege and opportunity. But then, Ronson's fame is down to exactly that.
