@joedoudna Just so nobody misunderstands the proposal and gets hysterical over untrue things (on internet? Never!), It's a single annual report of total increase or decrease in accounts with total $ over $600. Not a report of every transaction over $600. They say the annual amount is set so low to stop rich from just divvying up their money into many accounts to hide it.
