@unity Mastodon is one piece of the fediverse. There is an instance of Mastodon called "mastodon.social" . stay away from them as they are very hostile if you don't support their extreme views. However there are plenty of other instances of mastodon and other compatible microblogging instances like pleroma and others which are very supportive of freedom of speech.
