To all those who are disappointed with the #AYODHYAVERDICT : You aren't alone. They declared me a human being. Imagine how I'm feeling. #majorfail
@rohanv he would've get lynched by so called extremists
@Karthikdeva those aunties aren't saying anything about it 😂
@artisticphilosopher true. When i realized that social media was taking a lot of my time away, i deleted my ig and now Twitter. I use yt to watch educational videos. It's much more peaceful now.
What a peaceful life it is. No TV with Arnab shouting with politicians. No Twitter to make me go 'smh'. To all the #Indians here, please spend your day reading a book, watching Ted ed or Ted talks or just sleeping.
@WeirdHippie i dont think so.
@artisticphilosopher@mastodon.social @_lunawinters Well, before I start i just want to say that i don't endorse or believe in any religion originated from earth.
Ayodhya is a city located in UP, North India. It was 'believed' to be the birth place of Rama (One of the famous Hindu God). So sometime around early 1500s, first mughal emperor built a mosque in Ayodhya, cuz he can?. The place was highly critiqued ever since and dispute began around 1850s by the Hindu community. They wanted to build a 'Rama' temple.
So fast forward to 1992, a huge group of Hindus actually took over and demolished the mosque manually.( A lot of factors are involved obviously )
So the verdict on whether the place belongs to Hindus/ Muslims/ Shared territory will be known tomorrow after almost three decades.
@Karthikdeva wtf😂
@soum sure! Do you listen to Halsey, NF, Khalid, Alec Benjamin?
I wish this #AyodhyaVerdict ends the fight. Hopefully, we will be able to focus on more important issues
