Those of you who were teens/young adults in the 90s…

Was there ANYONE who wasn’t severely depressed? Been reconnecting with some high school/college friends and it’s like we all went through a war that decade.

Not like trendy or a vibe, but like horrific clinical depression. So, so many of us.

@Bronwyn I went to my 20-year reunion last year and it was like, damn, none of us were having a great time in life in high school.

I thought something was wrong with me at a teenager. Turns out, everyone was just desperately trying to look ok.

It was refreshing how much in our 30s we could just say that. Who the hell cares if you're not "normal" anymore? But it was all that mattered back then.

@acjay Yeah we all needed therapy, meds, a few of us needed hospitalization. We were NOT ok. I think most of us are ok now. Relatively.
