@doot when the permissions set "It will be able to read all your account's data" I assume that just means posts? Are there other types of data stored with my account that aren't natively public?
@acjay @doot No, right now it seems to be requesting scope=read, which is everything, not just posts. This includes blocks, bookmarks, favorites, etc.
It could probably narrow that to scope=read:statuses, but that also includes your posts marked private.
I'd be wary of any search indexer that requests API access, instead of just scanning your public feed.
