Don't they have vaccines for the other covid strains already? If they found one for this strain why not call it a vaccine?

Isn't 'constantly evolving' usually not a problem since our antibodies are also 'constantly evolving' too? Viral strains that have spent a large chunk of time evolving seperately from humans tend to have a larger impact once they do jump ship don't they? (covid-bats, aid-monkeys)
