Small Duck Orchid - Caleana minor - Black Mt, ACT. Very distinctive late spring flowering orchid which is widespread across all AUS states (apart from WA) plus NZ. Not common in the ACT and can be difficult to locate in drier years.

@silverdory Looks like there are two fishes attached as bait ... quite the optical illusion. The lower left one has a very clear eye to the right and black caudal fin to the left.
