Have you ever forked a repo for a small change you wanted, got it to run but after a while the maintenance burden became too much to handle? What if I told you this can be done much easier with less friction? I’ve been toying with this idea for a while now. Currently all the burden falls to the fork maintainer. We have many tools at our disposal that with a bit of mix and matching, and some glue code in the middle can improve this tremendously.
