Emergency Contraception (aka "morning-after pill") has Levonorgestrel as its active ingredient, but so do some regular oral contraceptives (with estradiol as well). In an emergency where you might not have access to emergency contraception, on a full stomach, take the number of pills which would total one milligram of Levonorgestrel, and then repeat the prices in twelve hours. We'll be doing a detailed video on this, but in the meantime, keep each other healthy, keep each other safe. 🏴🧪🔬🖤

I cannot keep this to myself. There is a website (radio.garden) where you can listen to radio stations all over the world for free. No log in. No email address. Nothing.

When the site loads, you are looking at the globe. Slide the little white circle over the green dots (each green dot is a radio station) until you find one you like.

I have been listening to this station in the Netherlands and it absolutely slaps. I have no idea what they're saying but the music is fantastic.

Being on a software team is more like being in a band than working on an assembly line. If two members don't click, you'll get a worse outcome than if one worked solo. In fact, it's far from likely productivity would be halved—it might even increase thanks to less conflict and rework.

And yet almost every software team is assembled as if it were a landscaping crew. Far too little regard is paid to the importance of rapport, creativity, inspiration, positivity, and the overall vibe in the air.

Every writer and every painter acquires their base knowledge on which they found their creativity in exactly the same way that an #AI does - by looking at a lot of other people's stuff.
