Still pretty bad at falling asleep on time, but I am undeterred. Yosh sleepy time quest 2025 continues!

Latest tactic I’m deploying: make sure all my evening chores are done by 23:00 each day, so that when I’m tired all I need to do is walk into bed and I can get right to sleeping.

@yosh I'm on a similar quest this year, and I've been gathering tips from Huberman Lab's podcast. It has helped me a bunch, although I can't say whether it has been placebo or not. I thought I'd share regardless.

For now the ones I've been implementing in my schedule are the perception of light in the morning and cold showers.
