The Trump Administration is trying to destroy the US Global Change Research Program, responsible for producing the US National Climate Assessments every four years. These reports are the state-of-the-art science on the threats of #climate change to the US and they are required by Congress in a law signed by President Bush in 1990. Trump can't legally stop producing these reports but he can cripple the ability to produce them, and get pseudo-scientists to produce a bad one.

An unexpected benefit of Trump's insanity?
It may be helping Canada and Australia to realize they don't want a version of Trump ruining their countries.
