@ClaraListensprechen@universeodon.com The first clue for me (a while ago) was when I was bumped into C-group because I was rerouted b/c of a cancellation. They took away my carry-on, which would have been ok, except they offered nothing to people volunteering to check their bag, didn't ask if people would be inconvenienced if thy were stuck for 3 hours in Denver without their stuff, and offered nothing in return to people forced to give up their bag and spend another 20 minutes at their destination waiting at baggage claim. They didn't even offer a free drink. It felt lazy on their part.

Now what I went through was nothing compared with what people have had to deal with for flying SW these past few days. It just feels, to me, that the goodwill (and smarts) accumulated during the Herb Kelleher days has been frittered away.
