@gabriel love your blog posts about your progress, what works and what doesn't! :)

A small realization about what's helped me keep it together when facing the challenges of exercise and weight loss.
The magic is progression

I love love love getting unsolicited technical advice from people I have never seen before about problems I describe. I am not being sarcastic, I know that sounds like when people are sarcastic on here and complain about that, but I'm not. I love the freedom people feel here to do that because it has helped me or taught me something new so many times.

ALWAYS feel free to reply to me for ANY reason, whether I know you or not.

I'm so old, I remember when leftists were concerned about food, food additives, and food safety.

Now the left opposes one of their own - RFK Jr. being put in charge of the FDA. Simply because he is being appointed by President Trump. They support "lab grown" meat, "3d-printed" foods, and even eating bugs. Do these people actually have any principles? Or are all issues merely seen as a path to power?

The Veiled Christ (Cristo Velato) is a sculpture completed in 1753 AD, originally (mis) attributed to Antonio Corradini and considered one of world’s most remarkable pieces of art. In fact, the great neoclassical maestro Antonio Canova, who tried to buy the work, said he would gladly give up ten years of his life to produce such masterpiece.
