The shift to "cloud/devops/automation" is kinda a good thing, but I feel it has created an abstraction layer on the basic OSI Model. Things that I have observed during the last years:
Cloud - basically you are in the hands of the cloud provider, no real control. More frequent downtime.
Devops - You are in the hands of the tools that you are working with, but not really understanding whats underneath of how thing are "working toghether".
Automation - More time for fun stuff

die leute wollten nur nicht beschimpft werden weil sie demonstrieren gehen oder sich nicht etwas spritzen wollten - also nichts als ihre grundrechte wahrnehmen. man hat sie trotzdem beschimpft, lächerlich gemacht und aus der gesellschaft ausgeschlossen. sie wurden und werden "gehasst". aber da sagt keiner was, niemand macht den mund auf.
stattdessen wird sich gewundert wenn nach jahrelangem terror durch den staat, medien und zivilgesellschaft leute durchdrehen und anfangen zu drohen.
hätte man sich alles vorher überlegen und vermeiden können. das hätte viel leid erspart. ich befürchte das wird alles noch jahrzehnte so gehen.
