Background: Visceral fat is the fat around your internal organs. It's bad for you, worse than e.g. the fat that sits under your skin.

Info: 7 years postpartum, women who breastfed 3+ months had less visceral fat than women who breastfed less, and women who didn't breastfeed at all had the most visceral fat. This controls for BMI, so it's the fat distribution that's different rather than the quantity.
This helps explain why women who breastfeed more are healthier long term.

Future implications: You can probably tell whether a woman breastfed her kids based on her thigh to waist ratio. Further research is required.

Or at least they said that until covid-19, when, for two years, you weren't allowed to say that the Covid vaccine had any adverse reactions. It was the world's first Perfect Vaccine, like the 2020 election was the world's first Perfect Election and Climate Science is settled.

People like hachi just want a world system where they are at the top of the hierarchy, and they aren't even self-aware enough to admit that.

I respect an outright tyrant more than a well-meaning dictator because at least the tyrant is honest about their intentions. The tyrant responds sensibly to deterrents because they are acting in self-interest. I've ranted elsewhere about why I feel that SBF is *worse* than your typical scammer because he was motivated by Effective Altruism.

This is extremely poor geopolitical strategy. If you make it impossible for your enemy to retreat, then he will have no choice but to attack.
