holy shit I did it. @p @0 I have a 9front running in qemu with service=cpu in the plan9.ini, it has an auth server, and I was able to drawterm into the vm.

I had to rebuild drawterm, because apparently I had the wrong drawterm? I don’t know where I got it before but the one from drawterm.9front.org is the one I should have been using (ignore the “invalid argument” in the screenshot; that was with the bad drawterm binary).

this is everything I’ve been trying and failing to accomplish for the like, the last month of weekends.
