Just got my 10" quiche tin out of the cupboard for the first time this year and found a rust patch on the base. I suppose I could re-tin it with solder, but I don't have any lead-free, food grade solder. I'll just use the base upside down from now on.

It's a nice deep sided tin that I think I bought in France. Similar tin plating to my old Mouli grater. Traditional design that works well and can't really be improved upon.
