Wordle

I know the idea, and the way most people play Wordle, is to get there as fast as possible, but I enjoy playing silly buggers with it. Today I thought of the least likely words to start with which meant it was down to the wire 😆

It got set back a few hours due to work, but the long weekend has now officially started. What to do first? Choices, choices!

@clenpen@mastodon.me.uk if it were Heston it would probably need added horseradish or something!

@clenpen@mastodon.me.uk Gorgeous spot. Where's it to? (As they say around here!)

Overheard in a café this morning, "I've nearly finished the trifle. I just need to add the Angel Delight". My brain doesn't know how to file this.

Going in to work today. Even though working a day off is always a bit of a bore, it never feels the same as a normal work day. I think it's because it's voluntary. Reminds me of all those decades ago when I moved from school to college and my results improved massively... as my Mum said to my old form teacher, "that's the difference between her being there because she had to, and because she chose to". Bright woman, my Mum.

I've been watching a lot of these over the last few days, and I really love this one. Partly for the close call! youtu.be/bLrPXwtC-mw
