Wild bird folk - on a thread about not dumping grease down the drain, someone suggested pouring it into oatmeal and making suet blocks for wild birds. My wife raised the concern that perhaps bacon grease is too salty and not good for birds. Any thoughts?

Had another 'smartphone won't work' dream last night. At some event, I got tapped to do the weather update. My Bluetooth mic/headset connected to the console just fine. I could see the levels coming from me were good. But when I went to my smartphone to load a page with the most recent weather and forecast, I only got random screens, touch commands often didn't work, and time was running out to go live.
What's weird is that all the other technology in the dream worked as expected - it was only the phone that didn't. I've had similar dreams in the past where the phone doesn't respond.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it something about my brain's connection to the phone?

For Alaska folks who are getting kicked out of Fred Meyer pharmacy - we transferred to Costco and it was quick and efficient - just took a phone call to Costco pharmacy.
My understanding is that you do NOT have to be a Costco member to use the pharmacy.
