That could be part of the reason why OpenManage Enterprise is being a piece of crap. I'll check in with the big guns later.
Wonder whether Hralien has the full lifecycle controller functionality. If so, then that should be a fun learning experience. Not to mention, simpler deployment and updates. Something to look for.

Many, many things can be solved with just a few GPOs in place. Folder redirection, for one. How hard is that to configure? Even in this day and age? Not difficult at all, and if you ask me, it's one of the things that every single Windows administrator in the whole entire world should know and be able to implement. No need for people to lose documents just because they are unaware that the default location for saving files is not the home network directory.

I think you're remarkable.
I think today's work schedule should be relatively easy, which means that I can get some extra things accomplished. Yesterday was a total wash when it came to that. Then there's still the issue of the second server, though. that will come later. speaking of accomplishments, though time we postpone our meeting form last night? Not sure when it's gonna happen, but all the more reason why I have to work extremely quickly to find replacements for the devs who are probably going to get their final vote off the team.
