#SCOTUS Really not looking forward to the Brackeen hearing on Wednesday during which attorneys will argue that the Indian child welfare act discriminates against white people who want to remove native children from their communities. 😒

Performed a procedure on a nice guy. We chatted about our kids. He was an inmate in a maximum-security prison. Serving life. During the procedure, I found cancer. Then the tough talk; not good.

Just before his guards were going to escort him back to prison, I asked him "Anything else I can do for you my friend?" He said jokingly "How about a footlong turkey sub?"

I ran to Subway and bought him the sub. After I gave it to him, he said nothing, but shook my hand.
