Goodness gracious Vite continues to be the bees knees.

@hrbrmstr what are you using for front-end frameworks these days? Is it something R-specific?

@capbri nay. I'm a fairly horribly gadfly when it comes to these things since I inherently have a condition that makes it nigh impossible to use what's "popular”.

However, there are some "usual suspects”:

- Vite for base webdev
- Lit for webcomponents (I am likely moving to Svelete in Q4)
- Bolt.css for "simple" stuff
- Tachyons (CSS) for more complex
- Golang for back end (mostly b/c I have to use Go @ work and it's just to easy to make REST APIs quickly)
