In the last two weeks or so, I think every new case in Taiwan of the Wuhan coronavirus has come from abroad--with the exception of one high school student who got it from a classmate who had returned from Europe. (That initial classmate was confirmed a few days ago, & the whole class was quarantined.)
Most interesting is that ALL teachers & students in Taipei are prohibited from going abroad until the end of the semester.

What I find sort of interesting is that the legal status for the ban remains debated AFAIK.
