New flight controller! We can rebuild her! We’ve got the technology. Kinda nice that the cap is now integrated to the power cable rather than hanging from two long leggies off the corner of the FC.
Some great progress on the rebuild! This has gone from PnP to a kit build in a hurry (with some custom parts). Seeing it light up and hearing the motors do their little ditty feels great!
I’m still having a weird problem with the ELRS radio - it’s connecting and transmitting telemetry but it’s not receiving any inputs. Any ideas on what could be causing that? (I already reversed TX and RX which are wrong in the photos.)
@caujka @entropealabs I did! Thank you. Turns out I shouldn’t have followed the example on my old test radio. I ended up having the TX and RX pins swapped out even though I was trying to avoid that specifically - the (working) test radio had pins swapped in a place I didn’t remember and expect anymore.
Right now motor direction is my new headache and not being able to change the direction where one is spinning. Think I may have a fix though.
@entropealabs Appreciated! I know I can reprogram the direction with Betaflight Configurator as well - but the issue I've been having is that the direction doesn't change whether I set it to normal or reversed. I think maybe one of the pins is badly connected so I'll try and fix and test that.
@caujka turns out my TX and RX pins got reversed when I was really careful to follow a working radio but it had them reversed in a weird place 😂
