My brain woke me up early this morning planning a talk on the subject of #ContinuousDeployment / #ContinuousIntegration / #TrunkBasedDevelopment / #PairProgramming, and it wouldn't let me go back to sleep. I need to start writing some of it down.

@petedotnu Do you watch Dave Farley's channel about CD? It helped convince me that trunk-based/CD is by far the best option. Yet we still don't use it at Livingstone.
@countingquoll yeah, it can be a tough sell. Lots of prejudices and preconceived ideas that need to be tackled.
