@elston_ The "desperate Putin" moniker reeks of propaganda. I vote for "arrested for proselytizing LGBT ideology".
I applaud the anti-LGBT law in principle, but see a lot of possible civil rights problems with enforcement. (Cameras in bedrooms?) The law of Moses had the death penalty - but had to be caught in the act, as with adultery.
