@PNS The issue is that caffeine interrupts the wake up cycle - so when the caffeine wears off, you start waking up all over again (or just grab another dose of caffeinated beverage).

It worked for me. Wait for that first coffee/tea, and I don't need any more on a normal day.

I had to finish a project early this morning, and drank tea without waiting. My eyelids were drooping at 11am, at 2pm, and they're drooping now. Doesn't happen on normal days with a wait.

I'm not worried about extra caffeine on an occasional basis. But probably not good long term.
