@PNS It's covered in detail - you might not like the provisions. If it's rape, death by stoning for the rapist. If the child was properly groomed and "consensual" and heterosexual, then the male must pay the full bride price and marry the girl - unless the father objects - in which case he still pays the full bride price but does not get the girl.

For male on male consensual - they both get stoned. Seems harsh, but keeps the abuse from propagating.

If the girl/woman is already married and it's consensual (guidelines on how to determine this are given) - then both are stoned.

In practice, they would only stone the woman, not the man. But the Law explicitly says *both* are to be stoned. Notably, the woman caught in adultery in John 7:53-8:11 was "caught in the very act", i.e. the man was right there, but they did not bring him in for stoning.
