@rory @PNS They are one of the few trustworthy sources of real food, and have many customers from neighboring states. They do embrace new tech - but after many decades of observing the long term effect. E.g. they have their own telephones now, with Amish switchboard operators. (If any have embraced cell service, I think it is a mistake.)

Statistically, a van is safer than a horse drawn wagon (which the illegal driver would also cream).
