@fuknukl The best is to make your own cloud. You need 2 or more sites. A small business often has 2 locations - some services can be located at a friendly competitor (e.g. DNS secondary). An individual might have techie friends or family living in a different area.
DNS (when you run it yourself) has mirroring built in, with primary and secondary authoritative servers.
SMTP has multiple MX which can queue mail while the primary site is down.
PostgreSQL has replication.
DRBD can mirror all writes to a volume to another computer. While this can be a lot of bandwidth for a WAN, I've used it with great success. The corporate sponsor has a paid product that queues a bunch of writes and tracks order (to prevent out of order writes at the dest) - this helps manage performance.
etc
@fuknukl Now you can do the censored Black History, from 1887 to 1967. (Where blacks were increasingly prosperous and productive until LBJ figured out how to get them on the vote plantation with "Affirmative Action".)
@seri You'll be back in business when China attacks Taiwan. (seems like a short sighted cost saving measure)
@ThatDoug Negative on veto power. +5 on pardons being only for specific crimes (convicted or alleged).
@ReadyKilowatt In 19th century Scotland, those who strictly observed a Sunday sabbath, would nevertheless work diligently on Sunday for no pay when there was an urgent need. A cobbler might work 4 hours on Sunday to make a pair of shoes for a man barefoot in winter.
@freemo If you're doing something actually harmful to others, like smuggling hard drugs, the Soros prosecutor will let you off anyway.
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and afterward as well—when the sons of God had relations with the daughters of men. And they bore them children who became the mighty men of old, men of renown.
Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great upon the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was altogether evil all the time. And the LORD regretted that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, “I will blot out man, whom I have created, from the face of the earth—every man and beast and crawling creature and bird of the air—for I am grieved that I have made them.” Genesis 6:4-7
So the LORD God said to the serpent:
“Because you have done this, cursed are you above all livestock and every beast of the field!
On your belly will you go, and dust you will eat, all the days of your life.
And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed.
He will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” Genesis 3:14-15

@wy7usa The law of Moses, which Shariah is modeled after, calls for stoning BOTH partners in adultery. Does Shariah actually only call for stoning the woman? Or is this a case of selective enforcement - like the Pharisees in Jesus' time. They brought a woman "caught in the very act of adultery" to be stoned, but not the man (likely a Pharisee ...).
@fuknukl Only FBI informants celebrate "Kwanza". It is an astroturf "tradition".
EPEL 10 is now available! Thank you to the @centos project for enabling the early work we were able to do via CentOS Stream 10.
EPEL 10 already contains over 10,000 packages, built from over 3,600 source packages. This is a result of the hard work of over 150 Fedora package maintainers!
Check it out or see how you can contribute with packaging: https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/epel-10-is-now-available/
@elston_ They're all technically true. What they all leave out is the "civilian shield" policy of Hamas. "Eliminating [Hamas] terrorists" inevitably kills lots of civilians by design. By putting their military installations in, under, or near hospitals, mosques, schools, etc.
Civilians are suffering, so people send them aid. Hamas "guards" the aid and appropriates it for their military.
Israel is not blameless either - they helped install Hamas to get rid of PLO (who were getting annoying with their staged massacres).
@elston_ "Long Covid" has objective symptoms: elevated monocytes with no recent infection. The spike protein renders monocytes "immortal" when they attempt to engulf it. The zombie monocytes then travel throughout the body, stabbing things they bump into.
Interestingly, nicotine kills the zombie monocytes (discovered when researching why smokers had much lower rates of "long covid") - but care must be taken not to succumb to addiction to the powerful focus drug. Obviously, smoking is not the best delivery for therapeutic purposes.
Since I never got the clot shot or a noticeable case of "covid", I'm hoping the 12micrograms of nicotine in every cup of green tea is sufficient to clean up the spike protein shed by cult members.
PSA: the "flu shot" this year is the "covid" clot shot plus a new untested mRNA. Actual flu vaccines seem to be a thing of the past.
@ThatCrazyDude My kitty would just hold the rabbit by the neck in her teeth, extend 5 sword from her right rear paw, and with one swipe remove all of the guts and internal organs - leaving them on the driveway for me to clean up. Then she would eat half of the meat, as it was too much for one sitting.
