The Submerged movie example implies an interesting genre of rich small interior space storytelling. The "Making of..." video is worth watching afterwards. So cool that this is not CGI -- they built a physical set that had to be incredibly detailed everywhere, with the added restriction of no "third wall" to have cameras and lights.
Apple's new (this week) spatial videos for the #VisionPro are pretty amazing. (free 17 min movie "Submerged" and 4 minute "NBA All-Start Weekend") Yes, I guess I would indeed pay money to watch live professional basketball this way. It's so different and more beautiful than the "view from up in the seats" of regular TV. The athleticism and physical interactions you can watch are so visceral. Have others watched them?
