Today is the grand reopening of the State Library of Pennsylvania! It's a beautiful library.

I would like to return my seasonal allergies, but I can't find the receipt.

It's hard to believe we've only been wasting time on YouTube for 19 years.

Seven is a great number, it's true, but I think this Fun Size Peanut M&Ms would be more fun if it had more than seven candies in it.

Our hearts have gone on for 112 years. Pour one out for the Titanic (but hold the ice, please).

Christians, what's your theological framework? Roman Catholic, Calvinist/Reformed, E. Orthodox, Arminian/Wesleyan, Anabaptist, something else?

How big a part does COVID19 play in your everyday life, routine, & thoughts these days?

I love the "change one letter" game. It's time to play again.
Gong with the Wind (wistful for Southern windchimes?)
Buran Buran (for the Soviet space shuttle rockers in the crowd)
Ego Waffles (perfect for that early-morning pick-me-up)
Bot Topic (throwback-styled chassis for your robot)

"He's so laid back, he practically sleeps in a coffin."

"But why do you think that?" I like having reasons for what I believe.

If you're not religious, where do you find meaning/value in life? How do you get "spiritually right" with the universe?

After Jesus was solidly dead (the ancient sources agree) long enough to prove He was dead & buried in a guarded tomb, He bodily returned to life, not as a shade or ghost or zombie, but stronger and healthier than before. He offers reconciliation, peace, & true love. Happy Easter!

About 2,000 years ago, a man was executed for crimes he didn't commit. Why do Christians celebrate (yes, celebrate) this event today? That man paid the penalty for our guilt and offered us permanent triumph over injustice. You can hear the whole story at church on Easter Sunday.

Ah, yes, but what good news do you have today?

If you aren't planning to go to church on Easter Sunday, you should. Find one that will tell you the amazing story of how God took away the guilt of all you've ever done wrong and invited you to live in a way that truly matters.

"Trump claimed Friday he has roughly $500M in cash, but does not want to use it to cover the full bond of a $454M judgment in his New York civil business fraud case."

What would happen if I faced a legal penalty but "didn't want to [pay] it?"

The USA needs to get its act together. There are actual solutions to actual problems, and the most visible parts of our government are taking turns trying to hit the other parts of the government with pool noodles.

Kenny Rogers died on Mr. Rogers' birthday. Conspiracy?!?
