Imagine the torment of the people of northern Syria, a mix of Arab, Kurd, Assyrian, Circassian, Armenian and other groups. Now imagine the relief of these same peoples, when the Kurdish militia ran to join the Syrian Arab Army, removing Erdogan's invasion pretext and attracting the support of Russia which says it 'won't allow' a Turkey-Syria fight.
