Normal courts in this country are public buildings, deliberately placed by our ancestors right in the centre of towns, almost always just up a few steps from a main street. Woolwich Crown Court, which hosts Belmarsh Magistrates Court, is built on totally the opposite principle. It is designed with no other purpose than to exclude the public. ➜⇢ ➽ ➤ Nigeria court adjourns trial of Sheikh Zakzaky again AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A court in Nigeria’s Kaduna state in a seemingly politically-motivated decision adjourned the trial of top Shia cleric Sheikh Ibrahim al-Zakzaky and his wife.

According to the Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC) website, at the court session on Monday, the judge decided that the trial be adjourned until April 23-24.

This is while the health conditions of the senior cleric and his wife, Zeenah, are deteriorating and they need immediate medical care, which has been denied by the Kaduna prison authorities.

Masoud Shajareh, head of the IHRC, told IQNA that many court sessions have been held on this case over the past four years, most of which, like Monday’s session, have aimed to waste time and prolong the detention of the two.

He also regretted that despite a court ruling, doctors were not allowed to see Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife on Monday. en.abna24.com/news//nigeria-co

➜⇢ ➽ ➤ Head of anti-Iran media confesses to selling intelligence on General Soleimani AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The organizer and head of the notorious website and Telegram channel, Amad News, Rouhollah Zam, confessed during his trial that he provided intelligence to the foreign spy agencies on the presence of Iranian military officials in the regional states, including the assassinated Commander of the IRGC Qods Force Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani.

The third court session of Zam who had been arrested by the IRGC in October was held on Tuesday.

During the session, the representative of the prosecutor said that “the suspect has confessed that declaring the time and place of operations in Syria, travelling of the commanders, specially martyr General Qassem Soleimani, was one of his missions”.

Zam himself also acknowledged to his spying on the trips of Iran's top military brass in the region.

The prosecutor also said that proof shows that Zam had relayed intel on the time of General Soleimani's arrival in one of the regional states to the foreign intelligence agent informing him of a pending trip by a military delegation that probably included Qassem Soleiami to Iraq. en.abna24.com/news//head-of-fr

That lawsuit was filed this month. On Sunday, The New York Times detailed how a fight with his wealthy neighbor led to the lawsuit, and also showed a pattern of complaints about sexual misconduct by Mr. Nygard stretching back 40 years.
Nine women in Canada and California, mostly employees, have sued him or reported him to authorities alleging sexual harassment or assault since 1980. In addition, another nine former employees told The Times in interviews that he raped them, touched them inappropriately or proposed sex. -NYT
The Times interviewed the 10 women - most of whom allege Nygard raped them during "pamper parties" in the Bahamas, his home since 1986. The parties, which mostly took place on Sundays at his lavish estate, featured young women who would receive 'pedicures, massages, Jet Ski rides and endless alcohol,' according to the report.
Nygard has denied the charges, claiming that his adversary and neighbor in the Bahamas - hedge-fund billionaire Louis Bacon and his private investigators are behind the charges. Bacon says he wanted to get justice for the women.
