Sorry to hear that. I have a friend who also suffers from it but says it's not so severe for him anymore. So I hope you can also find a similar improvement with it at the very least 🤞

@BB yes, the induction phase can be pretty harsh, especially given nobody knows what these things are and nobody talks about it. I felt like I was left alone 'wondering', facing an unnamed invisible disease, with the growing impression of 'becoming mad'. Finding the right therapist is a key turning point, but it took me 3 years to seek help. I feel in control now, even if the overall impact on my life was non negligible.

@encelado Not seeking help for years seems to be depressingly common when it comes to mental illnesses.
I wish knowledge and conversations about them were more widespread.
