Just ran 22km. Didn't feel so hard, but my heart rate is always 170-180 avg and cannot run faster than 6:45min/km. I wonder why is that. I run 3 times per week on evenings. I should probably try mornings again or add more walking to my training for the days of no running.
@rolle switching to morning runs for longer distances may definitely help, give it a try — I noticed my heart bears it better in the morning than in the evening (no specific stats unfortunately)
@fyodorio I'm not a morning person and I hate mornings. Also I don't eat breakfast so this would be a big change. My circadian rhythm is night owl / untypical type, I go to sleep at 2am so I get too little sleep if have to wake up early. It's a difficult combination. I did morning runs for a couple of months last year but slept 5 hours every night. Sleep is important so it gets really tough that way. Need to figure it out perhaps, if I'm going to take that route again.
